The system features an AI Chatbot for automated responses, reducing Customer Service workload. It includes a CRM system for managing customer data, tracking conversation history, and analyzing insights.
Built with Next.js for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, WebSocket for real-time messaging, and PostgreSQL for data storage. Supports concurrent multi-user access.
